Artist Call Out
Encounters Exhibition
We invite local artists in the Moreton Bay, Brisbane and surrounding regions to join us for our first group exhibition, Encounters, brought by The Churn Room.
As we move into spring and The Churn Room nears it’s second year in the Dayboro Butter Factory, we have decided to celebrate with our first group exhibition.
We’re here because of community and connections and the small, ordinary occurrences which lead to big ideas and bigger realities.
Encounters pays attention to the serendipitous moments in life, where unexpected encounters lead to surprising happenings from which stories unfold.

The Encounters exhibition will display works selected from those submitted from the 25 August to 24 September 2024. Works on display will be available to the public for purchase.
