The beauty and versatility of paper has always attracted me.
As both an artist and bibliophile, I'm able to combine my two loves: books and design.
I enjoy breathing new life into old, broken books otherwise headed for land fill.
I also love to combine art and design with functionality.
I'm frequently introducing new designs into my range. The process of bringing a kernel of an idea to fruition in the form of a finished and packaged product is what excites me most.
What makes my products special
My greeting cards and smaller gift cards are made using high quality 300 gsm, watercolour paper.
The greeting cards are coordinated with a coloured envelope then sealed inside a protective clear cellophane bag.
Each card is an original work that are often purchased to frame.
I'm frequently adding new designs so you will always see something new when you visit The Churn Room.
My cards are sometimes machine stitched with my signature red thread. They're sometimes interactive with a pop up or pull out element.
My range covers most occasions, age groups and genders.
They're left blank inside.
I'm always open to requests and custom orders.
