Meliorism* – Daring to Care

*The belief that we can contribute to positive change and improve the world through acts of love, creativity, compassion, and kindness.

A dynamic art exhibition where creativity meets compassion 

The exhibition will showcase art works that are inspired by courageous compassion,

bold empathy or audacious kindness....  the story of "Daring to Care".  


Each purchase of art work during the exhibition will contribute to the Unsung Heroes fundraising campaign for the Carers Foundation of Australia. 


 1st August 2024 - 31st August 2024 

Thursday - Sunday 10am - 2pm


You are welcome to visit as often as you wish during the exhibition month. Artworks will be for sale with proceeds donated to The Carers Foundation of Australia. 


Meet Local Resident and Unsung Heroes Fundraiser Joan Wilson-Jones who is participating in the 2024 Unsung Heroes fundraising campaign.


All monies raised from the exhibition will go towards the establishment of a dedicated Education and Wellness Centre where carers from across Australia will be able to access support services and much needed respite.  You can read more about their vision here. 


The exhibition will culminate in an evening of celebration on Saturday 31st August 2024. with an art auction event of artworks donated by Brisbane, Dayboro and surrounding area artists.

    Ticket Price: $85 



 Ticket includes a glass of bubbles on arrival plus canapes and entertainment.

Numbers are strictly limited.
