Reserve Workshop Slot

Cancellation Policy

Teaching Artisans are welcome to reserve a date for their workshop with The Churn Room. Only one workshop per day will be held at The Churn Room, and a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve each date. DEPOSIT AMOUNTS The non-refundable deposit required varies, based on the commitment a Teaching Artisan has with The Churn Room: External Teaching Artisans = $50 Merchant Artisans = $10 Exhibiting Artisans with confirmed exhibition = $10 CONFIRMATION OF WORKSHOP The Churn Room will review your request to reserve the workshop date. If we approve it, we will send you a link to enter the details for your workshop. Once you submit that information, your workshop will appear on The Churn Room website, and participants will be able to book. In the event that The Churn Room has concerns about the workshop you wish to run, we will contact you to discuss, and see if we can work out a solution. If we cannot accommodate your workshop, your request to reserve the date will be denied and the deposit will be refunded to you. Your workshop is not confirmed until you have completed and submitted the Workshop Information form. CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING WORKSHOPS If The Churn Room needs to cancel or reschedule your workshop, we will advise the Teaching Artisan at the earliest opportunity and work with them to arrange another date for the workshop. If a suitable date can be found, we will carry the deposit over to reserve the new date. If not, the deposit will be refunded. If a Teaching Artisan needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, the deposit will not be refunded. If a suitable date to reschedule the workshop can be found, we will carry over the deposit to secure the new date.
