Details

This 5-hour Collage workshop is suitable for beginners.

Join John Massy to explore adding dimension to your collage artwork.

Participants will create a miniature collage which will then be integrated into a larger work. Working with just paper (from old magazines or other expendable paper imagery) and paste, we’ll create masterpieces!

You will need to bring

Note: there will be a short lunch break during this workshop. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch, or can purchase food from Silverwood Cafe (next door to The Churn Room).

You will need to bring expendable magazines and other print material.

Interesting paper, op-shop illustrated books, junk mail, and/or newspaper insert magazines are also sources of interesting and inspirational imagery.

Laser copies of your photos work well too.

We will work with paper and paste only in this workshop, and all other tools and materials will be provided.
