Illuminate Exhibition

Upcycling the old discarded and rusty into functional eclectic art.

The Churn Room, Dayboro

18 Feb - 5 Mar 2023

Wednesday to Sunday 9 AM – 3 PM

Illuminate is an exhibition by Terina Smith Recycling Artist, supported by Photographic Artist - Bobbie Jones and Mixed Media Artist - Michelle O'Hara.

Illuminate features works created by Terina's musings on how light gifts us the chance to see the beauty that surrounds us, and her passion to preserve that beauty through her work created with discarded things.

Her lighting collection is created from a broad range of elements and features pendants, chandeliers, and lamps in many shapes and sizes. The form and design of these 'one of a kind' pieces will have a wide appeal from industrial to Modern Art Deco chic.

Terina creates with a deep love for the Human Race and Mother Earth and her passion shines in each and every one of these unique works.

Supporting this collection are unique fine art prints by Bobbie Jones presented in recycled and repurposed vintage frames.  Michelle O’Hara will be exhibiting handmade journals & Artists Books created from recycled mixed media, plus Cyanotype imagery on vintage papers. All artwork will be available for sale.

Join us for a special preview event on Friday, February 17th from 6 – 9 PM.
